Serving premier shipyards, international offshore EPC contractors, and global energy operators, DYN acts as a qualified supplier (AVL/AML) and an independent turnkey delivery entity responsible for class submission, formal maker listing, and final delivery. All systems are engineered in strict compliance with major classification societies, including DNV, ABS, LR, BV, and CCS. At our engineering center and specialized packaging yard located in the Suzhou Industrial Park, China, we execute detailed engineering tailored to extreme marine environments—such as high salinity, high humidity, vessel motion/inclination, and hazardous area explosion-proof zones (Zone 1 / Zone 2). The facility features an integrated dynamic testing platform capable of full-load continuous operation, pneumatic-electrical-hydraulic integrated commissioning, and third-party/owner-witnessed Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).

· Tailored Package Engineering: Specialized engineering design addressing harsh offshore conditions, vibration, and hazardous zones, delivering customized process design, 3D arrangement optimization, and redundant automated PLC control architectures.
· Marine & Offshore Gas Packages: Comprehensive turnkey solutions including oil-free screw compressor packages (ISO 8573-1 Class 0 certified for ultra-clean instrument and process air); oil-injected screw compressor packages (heavy-duty design with working discharge pressures up to 15 barg); and marine membrane & PSA nitrogen generation packages (high-purity nitrogen supply with purities up to 99.999%, and boosted discharge pressures up to 350 barg).
· Rigorous Documentation Control: Comprehensive project documentation and quality assurance protocols conforming to international offshore and oil & gas EPC standards, ensuring full material traceability, vendor data register (VDR) compliance, and regulatory adherence.
· Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT): Full-scale in-house dynamic simulation testing platform providing full-load continuous performance verification, dynamic flow/dew-point monitoring, interlock sequence validation, and class surveyor-witnessed FAT prior to dispatch.
